TRIP OVERVIEW
Whether you are a novice or well seasoned angler, this all inclusive trip is the perfect opportunity to sneak away from your midweek responsibilities and connect with nature. We provide the meals and gear so all you have to pack is your sleeping bag and a positive attitude.
Your day will start out at Foolhardy Hill, where you will be provided with a breakfast sandwich, meet the renowned guides of Harrison Anglers and get paired up with another maverick like yourself who also decided to play hooky. After a brief trip talk, you will carpool with fellow anglers to the put-in and hit the river. You'll float for a few hours before stopping for lunch and then continue fishing until you reach the designated take out spot where shuttle vehicles await.
After an exciting day of reeling in browns and rainbows, you'll return to Foolhardy Hill to get settled into your rustic cabin and enjoy some drinks courtesy of Kawama USA and a delicious dinner catered by Wells Provisions, a local gem known for serving up cajun flavor. There is no shortage of ways to unwind at camp; play some yard games, relax in a hammock, sit around the campfire and exchange stories and laughter. Once the sun sets, there will be a film screening of a short 15 minute production featuring none other than Harrison Anglers!
Thursday morning check-out is at 11am. You are welcome to prepare your own breakfast at camp or you can stop at a local breakfast joint on your way out of town.
Trip Size: 10 Spots
Minimum of 6 Participants for the trip to take place
If there are not enough participants registered to make the trip a go, you will be provided a 7 day notice of cancellation and 100% of your deposit will be reimbursed or applied towards a future trip within the 2023 camping season.
