CAMP CATERING MENU

Camp Catering is only offered to groups who rent the entire campground. Orders can be placed with Foolhardy Hill by calling 413.849.9496. Two weeks notice is required.12 serving minimum for each food option. All prices include tax and service fees.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast packages are delivered directly to the campground hot and ready to eat between 8-8:30am
 

WELLS PROVISIONS BREAKFAST BURRITOS: $12pp 

Scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, house-made sausage and fried potatoes in a flour wrap served with housemade hot sauce.

 

WELLS PROVISIONS BREAKFAST PLATE: $14.50pp

Creole Scrambled eggs, toast, homefries, house-made sausage. This is served buffet style.

 

BANANAS FOSTER OATMEAL:  $12pp 

Creamy oatmeal with old fashioned oats, housemade Bananas Foster sauce, cinnamon and local milk. This is served buffet style.

 

COFFEE BAR-HOT BREW: $45 Serves 12 people

Hot Brewed Barrington Coffee Roasters Caffeinated Coffee, High Lawn Farm Half & Half, Turbinado Sugar, 10oz cups

 

COFFEE BAR-COLD BREW: $65 Serves 12 people

No. 6 Depot Cold Brew, High Lawn Farm Half & Half, Ice, 12 oz cups.

Lunch/Dinner packages are delivered directly to the campground hot and ready to eat at the requested time.

 

WELLS PROVISIONS PULLED PORK PO-BOY PACKAGE: $24pp 

Pulled Pork Po-Boys (slow roasted pork & creole slaw served on authentic po-boy loaf), Chickpea Salad/Green Leaf Salad depending on what's in season and Chef Jeff's famous chocolate chip cookie. This is served buffet style.

 

WELLS PROVISIONS SMOKED VEGGIE PO-BOY PACKAGE: $24 pp

Veggie Po-Boys (grilled/smoked vegetables & creole slaw served on authentic po-boy loaf), Chickpea Salad/Green Leaf Salad depending on what's in season and Chef Jeff's famous chocolate chip cookie. This is served buffet style.

 

MUFFALETTA SANDWICH PACKAGE: $21pp 

Muffaletta Sandwich is a NOLA classic. Genoa salami, mortadella, ham, provolone cheese, Central Grocery’s olive salad on a sicilian sesame roll served with a Seasonal Green Salad with Housemade Dressing and Chef Chef’s famous Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Appetizer & Dessert packages are delivered directly to the campground ready to eat at the requested time.

WELLS PROVISIONS GUMBO YA-YA PACKAGE: $88 Serves up to 18 people as an appetizer

Authentic, hearty chicken and andouille gumbo served over rice. 

 

WELLS PROVISIONS HAPPY HOUR PACKAGE: $180 Serves 12 people

A beautiful and bountiful charcuterie board with artisan charcuterie, local cheeses, spreads, crostinis, pickled vegetables and fruit.

A dozen of Chef Jeff’s famous chocolate chip cookies. These babies are BIG. They’re crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and loaded with chocolate chips.
