BOOKING GUIDELINES FOR 2026

​Due to high demand for Entire Campground bookings on weekends, Now through April 30th, weekend reservations will be restricted to Entire Campground bookings only. If you are seeking to make a smaller scale reservation for a weekend this upcoming season, you can join our wait list! Scroll down to learn more about our booking process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

1. The 2026 camping season is scheduled to open May 1st and close October 18th.

​

2. Our booking process works in a series of windows (outlined below). If you are seeking to book a reservation outside your corresponding booking window, we highly recommend joining our waitlist as soon as you have dates in mind. To join the waitlist, all you have to do is send an email to info@foolhardyhill.com

 

WINDOW 1 – January

• Entire campground bookings only

• Open to past guests, partner companies, and newsletter subscribers only

• 10% Early Bird Discount for entire campground reservations. Discount applies towards midweek reservations and weekend reservations that include both Friday & Saturday.

• Must book by emailing info@foolhardyhill.com

 

WINDOW 2 – February

• Entire campground bookings only

• Open to all including the general public

• 10% Early Bird Discount for entire campground reservations. Discount applies towards midweek reservations and weekend reservations that include both Friday & Saturday.

• Can book directly through the website

 

WINDOW 3 – March & April

• Single-site/small-scale reservations available for midweek bookings

• Weekends remain restricted to entire campground bookings

• Open to all including the general public

• Can book directly through the website 

 

WINDOW 4 – May - October

• No booking restrictions

• Open to all including the general public

• Can book directly through the website

 

WAITING LIST (January–May)

For guests seeking to book small scale reservations outside their corresponding booking window, we will maintain a waitlist. When you join our waitlist, we will contact you at the start of your corresponding booking window via email to confirm if your requested dates are still available and if so, we hold those dates for 5 days to allow you to time to confirm the reservation before we open it up to others.
