BOOKING GUIDELINES FOR 2025

The 2025 camping season is scheduled to open May 1st and close mid October. Due to high demand for entire campground bookings, our booking process works in a series of windows. You can join our waitlist at anytime outside of your booking window.

 

WINDOW 1 (Now through January 31st): Restricted to booking the entire campground and only open to partner companies.

 

WINDOW 2 (February): Restricted to booking the entire campground and only open to our partner companies, past customers and newsletter subscribers. *Must book over phone.*

 

WINDOW 3 (March): Online booking platform will open to the general public and we will begin accepting single site/small scale reservations for midweek only. Weekends will still be restricted to entire campground bookings through March 31st.

WINDOW 4 (April-October): No Restrictions. Can book individual or multiple sites for all days of the week.

 

JOIN THE WAITLIST TODAY: We maintain a waitlist for those who are seeking to book ahead of their corresponding booking window. When you join our waitlist, we contact you at the start of your corresponding booking window to confirm if your requested dates are still available and if so, we hold those dates for 5 days to allow you to confirm your reservation before opening it up to others. You can join our waitlist at any time by calling/texting 413-849-9496 or emailing info@foolhardyhill.com
